This is the top of one the buildings in The Crescent in the centre of West Kirby. Does anybody know what this building was originally used for? Those old windows are lovely!

Looking for any photographs of west kirby around the cresent area and Blenheim buildings also the side walkway which goes down to Tynwald road.

Wow, I wonder if that top bit in the roof had a hoist and pulley in it? The planks look like a more recent in-fill.
The building is/was called Tynwald Hall and the entrance below the windows lead up to the hall that is now a dance school.
