Here’s a super image from artist Mason Edwards depicting a snowy West Kirby.
That’s Barclay’s Bank in background on the corner of Grange Road and Dee Lane, previously Martins Bank and before that Bank of Liverpool. Here’s an old photo of Martins Bank.
The picture above is based on Mason’s original “railway poster” that I’ve previously published over at Hoylake Junction. Spot the differences between the two! Mason as a boy and his four-legged friend feature in both.
Both should be available from Seagrass Studio in Acacia Grove with the snowy version available as a Christmas Card. Sorry to mention Christmas when we’re still in October but there needs to be enough time for additional print-runs and restocking.
